Today, had to work as usual, but finish at 5pm. YEAH!!!! I was so sleepy that i overslept in the bus, guess what? I saw my sister at serangoon mrt , then we took the bus together. I board the bus then it was quite crowded inside.There was a lady who kept squeezing inside as it was already quite packed.My sister carried a haversack bag & you know what as the bag is quite big , then i am being nice to ask my sister to move so that the lady could move in. Then she stepped on my foot and did not apologise. i was kind of angry and regretful that i actually helped her. What a day!!!! My sister told me that when going to get a seat, she hit her head!! I miss that exciting scenario!!!!
Tomorrow I am going to take an EXSA (Excellent Service Award) I got the sliver one. there is silver, gold , star if I am not wrong. My colleagues also receive that awards. The reason why did I get this award is because for our company there is a mystery shopper for monthly basis and I score quite well for that mystery shopper for a few times. I will post the pics on fb when I got the pics. Then after that I am going for a Christmas Training at Pan Pacific Hotel.
Looking forward for tmr and got to go off as I need to wake up very early!!!!
